Green Monk plays the music of Thelonious Monk with Peplin's Grant Green inspired guitar sound. The line-up on this record is a dream team of Milwaukee Chicago Boston circles. Weller, Drobka and Peplin are all Berklee alumni, while Breiwick veritably runs Milwaukee's jazz scene.
